Mission
Build AI-powered tools for Z-AGENCY's operations -- corporate events, teambuilding, client management -- and for our gaming platform TerraHunt. Some of these tools prove useful beyond our walls, so we open them to the public as standalone SaaS products.
Vision
Every internal process at Z-AGENCY should be automated. Tools that prove useful get released as standalone products. We have a ton of our own projects, and AI lets a small team build and operate all of them simultaneously.
How We Work
We vibecode with Claude. Seriously -- this entire website was built by AI, and so is most of our codebase. We use Claude Code as our primary development tool, n8n for workflow automation, and rapid prototyping to go from idea to production in days, not months.
Our stack is intentionally consistent across all projects -- Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, Tailwind CSS, Vercel -- because when you maintain a dozen internal tools plus public products, consistency is survival. Claude AI and Gemini AI run in production workflows every day, orchestrated through n8n automation pipelines with dozens of AI agents.
Everything we ship, we use ourselves first. QRlytics tracks QR codes at Z-AGENCY events. Carousel Gate creates our LinkedIn content. Content Studio generates articles for our clients. Dog-fooding is not a philosophy here -- it is the default.

Process Gate AI is a division of Z-AGENCY s.r.o., a Czech company focused on corporate events and teambuilding. Our office is in Brno, Czech Republic. Infrastructure runs on European servers with self-hosted Supabase for full data control. GDPR compliance is built in from day one.
